Terms & Conditions


By attending UNLIMITED SCHOOL OF ARTS you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. A fee is charged for each class enrolled per term. Students are expected to attend all classes and an invoice will be raised for the whole term, unless starting part way through a term, where fees will be charged Pro rata. Refunds will not be given for non-attendance. 


2. Payment can be made: 

By bank transfer to the account shown on your invoice or cash presented in a sealed envelope with your Childs name, date and class written on the front.

• Bank transfers should in all instances reference the student’s Full name and Invoice no.

Failure to do so may result in the payment being unidentified, the account remaining outstanding and the student not being admitted to class.

Please Note: We do not accept cheques.


3. Unlimited School of Arts reserves the right to refuse entry to class/es if fees have not been paid, or a student behaves in an inappropriate manner. No refunds will be given.


4. Students are required to give written notice by half term for the following term if

they wish to withdraw from classes. Failure to inform Unlimited School of Arts of withdrawal will result in full fees for the following term being due, and proceedings to collect any debts that might remain unpaid for all students.


5. Discounts and offers may be offered for limited periods. However, failure to pay fees upfront will result in full charges being administered plus and late fee charges. Failure to comply and complete payments will result in legal action.


6. Physical contact may be necessary by members of the teaching faculty. All teachers adhere to our Child Protection Policy and are DBS checked. However, if you have any concerns regarding this matter please contact Chelsea on unlimitedschoolofarts@outlook.com


7. Unlimited school of arts reserves the right to alter the advertised timetable and faculty without prior notice. The information in this and any other printed or electronic brochure/notice was correct at the time of printing or publication on-line. In the event of adverse weather conditions resulting in a cancelation of classes, you will be offered a make-up session at another time but will not be entitled to a refund.


8. In the event of a force closure, we will schedule alternative classes where possible. You will not be entitled to a refund for cancelled classes which occur due to circumstances out of our control.

 

9. Unlimited School of Arts holds information about our customers as is necessary to carry out our classes safely and efficiently. This information is held in strict confidentiality in line with the GDPR laws.


10. Unlimited School of Arts may at times take photographs or videos during our performances, online classes or physical classes, to be used for marketing and promotional development of the school. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are giving your consent for the use of such videos and photographs.


11. Compulsory uniform and footwear is required for some of our classes. Students may be refused entry to a class if incorrect uniform or footwear is worn.


12. If joining a dance class (online or in classes) you acknowledge that participation in such classes may result in injury and Unlimited School of arts or their teachers are not liable should such an injury occur.


13. Parents and guardians of students attending classes are required to sign their acceptance of the terms and conditions for each student related to, or their responsibility by checking the box on the registration form. Unlimited School of Arts accepts electronic signatures as if signed in the original.


14. All students and parents are required to read and agree to the term and conditions, Health and Safety and Rules and Regulations including the COVID disclosure form and all policies including the GDPR policy, prior to commencement of classes. Unlimited School of Arts reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time providing half a terms notice is given to students.


15. Enrolment forms should be completed in full and the parents hold full responsibility for the updating and content of the forms. Unlimited School of Arts cannot be held responsible for the falsifying of information or any inaccuracies provided.


16. All parents must read, sign and submit the COVID disclosure forms before attending classes. All information will be regarded as confidential and as such be updated accordingly by the parents/guardians. It is the parents/guardian responsibility to report any changes to the Unlimited School of Arts and follow the guidance provided by the government.


17. Any complaints or compliance issues should be notified in writing to the principal Chelsea. Any allegations or complaints will be fully investigated and reported on to all parties. This does not affect your statutory rights.
