BEGINNERS - This class will be adapted to suit total Beginners between the ages of 4.5yrs-8yrs.
Acrobatics includes gymnastic-like tumbling and flexibility skills, incorporated with strength, and control to perform tricks and balances we may use during dance.
Each class will begin with a conditioning warmup to target the different muscles and ligaments in the body that will be used during dance.
